Lemon Herb Salmon Recipe:
2 sockeye salmon filets
Juice of a small lemon + 2 slices
1 Tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
1 Tbsp dried sage
1 Tbsp fresh thyme
1 Tbsp fresh basil, chopped
1 Tbsp coconut oil
Sea salt and cracked pepper to taste
1 Tbsp water
Heat coconut oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Place salmon skin side down in skillet. Brush top of salmon with coconut oil, squeeze lemon juice over top, sprinkle with herbs, salt, pepper and place a lemon slice over each filet. Cook the salmon for 2 to 3 minutes, carefully lifting the salmon with spatula to loosen it from the pan.
Reduce heat to medium, add 1 tablespoon of water and cover. Cook 3-4 more minutes until finished.
Serve warm or cold and enjoy! 🐟🍋
